Prue Mynard

Prue Mynard is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, with over 12 years’ experience, founder of What’s Prue Cooking, a cookbook author, recipe developer, content creator, well-versed foodie, Mum of 3 kids and an avid runner.

What’s Prue Cooking started in 2017 with a dream of writing her own cookbook. This come into fruition in 2021 when she self-published ‘What’s Prue Cooking, Wholesome Family Meals’. Since then, she has continued to share family friendly recipes on her website and social media channels.

Prue loves cooking and gets so much joy out of being in the kitchen, helping to bring a brands vision and products to life through the creation of new recipes and content, and making delicious meals for her family and friends. 

She truly believes that feeding a family shouldn’t be overwhelming or consume our day-to-day thoughts, nor take up too much time. It should be simple and enjoyable, but with the fast pace of life, food and nutrition often gets put on the back burner and becomes a chore. Prue is committed to simplifying the world of family nutrition in a holistic way, making feeding individuals and their family something they actually look forward to. 

In 2023, Prue created the Nutrition Transformation Program to help individuals and families to improve their nutrition, increase dietary variety, overcome health obstacles and see themselves and their families flourish all while nurturing a positive relationship with food. Being able to help her clients simplify food and nutrition in their homes, through meal planning, organisation and sharing creative, nourishing recipes is so rewarding.
